About Tory

Tory joined Union in  2018 and looks after all things ‘People’ to ensure our strong people culture and creative identity continues to flourish.

She has had a long career in the creative industries, starting in advertising at Bates Dorland, before moving into the exciting world of post-production for broadcast, commercials and film.  In 1996 she joined The Mill, where she headed up the HR team and spent 20 years as a key member of the team helping to grow the company from 100 people to approximately 1,000 across four locations globally.   During her time there she was focused on defining and building a strong people culture that identified, developed and supported great talent.   

Tory has a passion for people and encouraging personal development. She is a member of ACCESS:VFX and a Mental Health First Aider.
